Book Talks

Over the break, the challenge is to prepare another Book Talk to share in class the first week back to school. 

Step 1; READ A BOOK!
Step 2: Create a Google Slides presentation

The layout of Slide Presentation:

1. Title Slide ( Title of Book and Author/Illustrator plus your name by: )
2. Summarize the book (This could be 1 slide or 5)-Just retell the important parts: First, Next, Then, Last and Finally or Who, What, Where, When and Why?
3. What you like about the book and why? Or It is also ok to say you don't like the book but don't forget why? 1 Slide
4. What rating would you give the book out of 5 stars? 1 being the worst and 5 being the best. What is the best part? Or What is the worst part of the book? (1 Slide)

Remember if you are using Google Slides add pictures, add a link to the author's website if they have one, add a small video of the book being read if they have one? 

If you are not comfortable using Google Slides and want to create a poster or a diorama you can also choose a different option.
