Reminders and Volunteers!

Reminder: If you are sending in a book order please do so by Tomorrow. I only have one order so far and in order to place it this week and have it back before Winter Break I would want to place it by this Friday at the latest. Also Scholastic requires a minimum purchase of $25 total in order for the shipping/handling charges to be free. If the order does not reach a minimum of $25 then I cannot place it and will have to return orders to parents. 

We are doing amazing collecting for Stephen's Backpacks!! Let's keep up the AMAZING donations!

Stephen's Backpacks 

We will be accepting donations for Stephen's Backpacks until the end of the school week, (Thursday, December 7th). A special 'Thank You' to our Royal Oak families for your generosity. At the heart of every donation is the desire to make a difference in one child's life. 

VolunteersNeeded:

Mrs. Lagrana's class is very excited to be making holiday cards to sell at the Royal Oak School Christmas Market. We are hoping to raise some money to put towards a charity for helping communities attain clean, potable, accessible water. The cards will be ready by Thursday December 7th. If there is a parent or two who are willing to run the table or who are already running a table at the market and could help to watch the Grade 2 table it would be greatly appreciated. Please email me at imlagrana@cbe.ab.ca. Mrs. Lagrana will be coming by the Market and could pick up donations but is not able to be there for the entire event.
