**No photo forms came home that was a mistake on my part. The forms that came home yesterday were for Child Safe Canada and Accident Insurance Forms. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused!
Please remember to bring your indoor shoes to school. Soon we will have rain or snow or mud and our classroom will get very dirty if we don't have indoor shoes.
**Please do not bring toys to school unless it is gym equipment that you are comfortable losing or possibly getting broken and it is labeled with your name (like a Frisbee or a Soccer Ball).
**Book orders came home today for the first time. They will come home every month. Please make sure if you are ordering that you either send in cheques or pay online and include your order confirmation when you send in your child's order to make the process as easy as possible. Book orders are due back on Friday September 16.
Fundaising notices also came home today please check my backpack if I did not give them to you!

We tried out the Fidget Tools today. Ask me which one I think I might try and what they are for?
Today we read the book All the Colors of the Earth. Ask me if it was a great book? We did self-portraits in art today using oil pastels. Ask me what the hardest part was to draw?
We made a classroom promise and we all signed it today. Ask me what our promises are?

1. Hug & Go volunteers needed. Hug & Go was officially up and running this week. We in are need of volunteers who could help with Hug & Go from 8:30 a.m. to 8:50 a.m. Ms. Dalton is currently coordinating the September schedule. The commitment could be as little as one day month or more depending on your availability. If you already have your Police Clearance you can start volunteering right away. If anyone is interested please contact Ms. Dalton at bfdalton@cbe.ab.ca.
2. All parents please ensure you have filled out your volunteer survey for the 2016 – 2017 school year. This needs to be completed annually so the volunteer coordinator can update the system. Click on the link below to complete the survey.
